Sales Capture Manager

About the role

The Sales Capture Manager drives strategic business growth by identifying, shaping, negotiating, and closing complex enterprise sales opportunities. This senior position leads the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity origination to contract signature, and works closely with senior executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, qualify, and pursue new enterprise sales opportunities aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead complex, strategic sales pursuits from qualification through contract signing.
• Develop winning sales strategies, value propositions, and account plans to address client challenges.
• Shape and position integrated solutions leveraging learning, workforce transformation, and SaaS offerings.
• Manage the complete deal lifecycle, including stakeholder engagement, proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to craft tailored solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast in CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, account management, or capture management.
• Proven success in selling and closing large, complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and opportunity‑shaping capabilities.
• Experience engaging with and influencing senior executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
