Sales Consultant

About the role

Silkor is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our team in the GCC. We are looking for a strong sales and customer service professional who can confidently manage client consultations, follow up on leads, cross‑sell services and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, understand needs and present appropriate laser medical services.
• Follow up on leads promptly to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Cross‑sell additional services and treatments to existing clients to maximize revenue per customer.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective closing techniques and pipeline management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer service or a commercial role, preferably within aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail, hospitality or premium services.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a professional approach when dealing with premium clients.
• Proven track record of closing sales and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven personality, capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software for tracking client interactions and managing the sales pipeline.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Excellent presentation skills to deliver persuasive pitches to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
