About the role

The Sales Consultant will deliver excellent customer service in a high‑end retail environment, identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating suitable products. The role focuses on building relationships with key customers, maintaining store standards and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet every customer warmly, providing consistent high‑quality service.
  • Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, suggest complementary items and close sales.
  • Process cash and electronic payments, issue receipts and ensure accurate POS transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, following after‑sales policy and escalating when required.
  • Maintain product knowledge, fashion trends and in‑store promotions at all times.
  • Keep displays, fitting rooms and stock areas clean and organized, and monitor stock levels daily.
  • Recruit customers for the database and enter their details accurately into the POS system.

Required profile

  • High school qualification.
  • 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
