Sales Consultant – Training Solutions

About the role

The Sales Consultant – Training Solutions will prospect and engage potential clients to promote Blue Ocean Corporation’s professional training programs. Working primarily via outbound calls, you will guide prospects through the enrollment process and help them select courses that match their development needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s training products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing channels and convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to individual client needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Research client training needs to adapt the sales approach effectively.
• Identify new opportunities for course enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of customer service orientation.
