Sales Consultant – Volkswagen

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to promote Volkswagen vehicles across our showrooms in the UAE. The role involves driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting commercial targets for Al Nabooda Automobiles.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of Volkswagen cars and add‑on products, achieving agreed sales volumes.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure availability of brochures and vehicles to VW standards.
• Prospect new customers regularly and follow the VW sales process to generate additional opportunities.
• Provide thorough hand‑over of sold vehicles, briefing customers on operation and introducing after‑sales services.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records, and follow up to nurture repeat business.
• Participate in planning sales campaigns, promotions and continuous product knowledge development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Relevant automobile experience in the UAE/Middle East market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
