Sales Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will join Arteco Ceramics’ Dubai team to support the sales function across the UAE and wider region. Working on‑site, you will act as the link between customers, sales representatives and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams, tracking project timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads and schedule showroom appointments.
• Update daily sales reports and assist with tender submissions and project documentation.
• Support marketing and showroom activities to enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales coordination, sales operations or customer service, preferably in building materials, interior design or related industries.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
