Sales Coordinator (Japanese Speaker)

About the role

Our client, a multinational company based in Dubai, is seeking a Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Japanese. The role provides aftermarket sales and service support for customers across the Middle East, India and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue spare‑parts quotations for customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain order records.
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
• Arrange shipments and liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the aftermarket service team.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior experience required; a manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Japanese, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Polite, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Responsible, dependable and eager to learn.
