Sales Coordinator – Movable Walls

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Sales Coordinator to join the Movable Walls (MW) team in Dubai. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will initially own sales coordination and order management, with the opportunity to grow into front‑line sales and project‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate SAP entry and timely execution.
• Validate customer purchase orders against quotations, confirming commercial and technical details.
• Coordinate order approvals with the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers and issue acknowledgements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and monitor order status from receipt to delivery.
• Liaise with factories, logistics providers, freight forwarders and project teams to guarantee on‑time production and shipment.
• Arrange shipments, obtain freight quotations and ensure complete shipping documentation.
• Support invoicing, monitor credit holds and track open orders, back‑orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare sales reports, delivery performance metrics, back‑order updates and customer complaint summaries.
• Gradually support and lead project‑based sales activities for construction and architectural customers.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and contractors to propose MW solutions and develop the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, order management or customer service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex project sales cycles.
