Sales Development Representative – Dubai (Office-based)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing outsourced sales organisation to hire Sales Development Representatives for its Dubai office. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging senior decision‑makers and setting qualified sales meetings for clients across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse target markets, industries and prospective clients to build a strong understanding of each client’s ideal customer profile.
• Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting using cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their challenges, objectives, budgets and decision‑making processes.
• Book high‑quality meetings for senior sales teams by creating interest, overcoming objections and communicating the value proposition.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospects, nurturing relationships until they are sales‑ready.
• Record all activity accurately in the CRM to ensure clear visibility of performance and pipeline.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets in a high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, lead generation or a similar outbound client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of high‑volume outbound prospecting and cold‑calling success.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Technical understanding of Tech/IT/SaaS products, including ERP, CRM, Cyber Security, Data and AI.

What we offer

• Base salary AED 10,000‑15,000 per month (DOE) plus uncapped commission.
