Sales Development Representative – MEA

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and prospecting across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for our AI‑powered CRM platform.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects, qualify sales opportunities and generate interest in Creatio’s AI CRM and workflow solutions.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitive landscape and stay updated on CRM and low‑code automation trends.
• Collaborate with sales executives to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified leads and align on conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage lead data and track progress against sales metrics.
• Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone and LinkedIn to build a healthy pipeline.
• Continuously test and refine outreach techniques to improve prospecting effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in an SDR or similar B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation KPIs.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Arabic.
• Availability to work from the office in a hybrid setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms like Outreach.io.
