Sales Director – Interior Fit‑out & Luxury Projects

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the growth of Federal Fix Technical Services across interior fit‑out, luxury fit‑out, retail environments, signage and events. Reporting to senior management, you will shape strategy, drive revenue and ensure seamless delivery of high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for all business divisions.
• Set and achieve revenue targets, KPIs and growth plans.
• Manage, mentor and motivate Business Development Managers and sales staff.
• Lead and close multi‑million AED contracts with government, corporate and luxury clients.
• Build long‑term partnerships with developers, consultants, retail brands and government entities.
• Oversee CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with operations, production and project teams to align sales commitments with delivery.
• Identify new opportunities in interiors, retail fit‑out, signage, experiential and corporate sectors.
• Represent the company at senior‑level client meetings, industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Established network within the UAE interior design and fit‑out market.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in UAE interior design and fit‑out industry.
• Proven ability to close strategic, high‑value contracts.
