Sales Director – Real Estate

About the role

DECA Properties is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales function for its real‑estate projects in Dubai. The role focuses on driving revenue, building agency relationships, and guiding a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and boost sales performance for DECA Properties projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real‑estate agencies and brokers.
• Design and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Motivate, manage, and support the sales team to maximise conversions.
• Conduct project presentations and support agency‑led sales activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer demand.
• Ensure consistent follow‑up, reporting, and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of developer‑side real‑estate sales experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Strong and active network of agencies and brokers.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market; off‑plan sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
• Professional communication and presentation abilities.
