About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its regional sales and business development efforts from Dubai. You will be responsible for expanding the client base, driving revenue growth and shaping the market presence of the firm across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a high‑value client portfolio, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Business Development Managers to consistently exceed sales targets.
• Design and implement forward‑looking sales strategies that increase market share and improve performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and optimise lead conversion.
• Utilise analytics and data‑driven insights to refine sales processes and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
• Demonstrated record of surpassing targets and building high‑performing teams.
• Strategic vision combined with hands‑on leadership capability.
• Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
