Sales Engineer – Cyber Security

About the role

Join Check Point’s global cyber‑security team as a Sales Engineer, where you will blend technical expertise with customer‑facing skills to design and deliver cutting‑edge security solutions. You’ll work closely with the accounts team, engage directly with customers, and help protect their most critical assets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Accounts Team to identify and qualify new prospects.
• Lead meetings with end‑customers to uncover security challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Answer technical questions, share best practices, and manage Proof‑of‑Concepts.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs with detailed technical proposals.
• Educate customers on the latest security technologies and trends.
• Participate actively in cyber‑security events and industry forums.

Required profile

• 5+ years of engineering and pre‑sales experience.
• Proven record of winning deals in the security market.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of typical customer network architectures.
• Ability to design end‑to‑end security solutions for complex environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant certifications highly preferred (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, CCSE).
• Familiarity with cloud, IT/OT, SD‑WAN, IAM, SASE, ZTNA, and WAF concepts.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.
