Sales Engineer – Digital Assets Platform

About the role

Fireblocks is looking for a Sales Engineer to join its EMEA team in Dubai. You will work closely with sales directors and product teams to showcase the company’s secure digital‑asset infrastructure to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3 and enterprise sectors. The role combines technical solution design with pre‑sales support to drive adoption of Fireblocks’ platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Present in‑depth technical content to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with Fireblocks’ MPC‑based wallet infrastructure and APIs.
• Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with accurate and compelling answers.
• Work closely with Product, R&D and Security teams to incorporate customer feedback and align solutions with platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical product demonstrations and workshops.
• Ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions for digital‑asset operations.
• Comfort presenting to senior and C‑level audiences across diverse industries.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, product and engineering teams.
