Sales & Estimation Engineer – Low Voltage Systems

About the role

Al Rostamani Group is seeking a Sales and Estimation Engineer specialized in Low Voltage (LV) systems to drive technical sales and develop accurate cost proposals for commercial, data centre, oil & gas, and utility projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates, BOQs and pricing for LV system projects.
• Submit tender documents on time, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to capture project requirements.
• Support pre‑bid and post‑bid technical discussions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement and project teams to align solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in sales and estimation of LV systems, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing tender processes.

Required skills

• Low Voltage (LV) system expertise.
• Cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation.
• Technical sales and tendering.
• Familiarity with OEM solutions such as ABB, Eaton, LS, Siemens, Schneider.
• Knowledge of relevant IEC standards.
