Sales Executive - Automotive Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will contribute to monthly and annual sales targets for the passenger‑car retail business, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sale follow‑up, as well as market intelligence and new‑business generation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer profile database and enter accurate vehicle information into the Dealer Management System.
• Execute the complete sales process: prospecting, appointments, consultations, presentations, negotiations, trade‑ins, closing, delivery and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct personal visits to understand customer needs, provide technical product information and recommend suitable options.
• Negotiate optimal deals, sell vehicles at maximum margins while adhering to company policies.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, track arrivals, and keep customers informed of any delays.
• Collect payments on time, minimise credit risk, and ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably in an automotive‑related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
• UAE driving licence and strong relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
