Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive monthly sales targets for the passenger‑car retail business, ensuring the team meets its annual revenue and customer‑satisfaction goals. The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to vehicle delivery and post‑sale follow‑up, while gathering market intelligence to create new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer profile database and input accurate vehicle information into the Dealer Management System.
• Execute the complete sales process: prospecting, appointments, presentations, negotiations, trade‑in appraisals, closures, and vehicle hand‑over.
• Provide technical product information, negotiate optimal deals, and sell vehicles at maximum margins while adhering to company policies.
• Coordinate vehicle ordering, track arrivals, and keep customers informed of any delays.
• Collect payments on schedule, minimise credit risk, and ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation are completed.
• Conduct post‑delivery follow‑up to secure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat or referral business.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the automotive field.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
