Sales Executive – Fluent Turkish Speaker

About the role

SailPoint, a leader in identity security, is looking for a Sales Executive who is fluent in Turkish to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on selling SailPoint’s identity security solutions to enterprise customers, driving revenue and expanding market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities with Turkish‑speaking prospects.
• Present SailPoint’s identity security solutions and differentiate them from competitors such as Microsoft, Okta and Saviynt.
• Lead a virtual team of partners, presales, deal desk, professional services and customer success to close deals.
• Develop territory and opportunity plans and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy.

Required profile

• Strong communicator able to engage prospects in first‑contact and discovery meetings.
• Team‑oriented sales professional who can act as a quarterback for cross‑functional resources.
• Proactive decision‑maker who can prioritize engagements and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
