Sales Executive - Inside Sales Cars

About the role

The Sales Executive – Inside Sales Cars will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting Dubizzle's car‑related services. Working primarily via phone and occasional field visits, you will build strong customer relationships and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify leads from cold, warm and hot sources.
• Consult customers to understand their requirements and recommend value‑added services such as insurance, financing and warranties.
• Present tailored proposals and maintain professional communication through calls, emails and texts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to sales management to improve processes and offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 4–5 years of proven inside sales or telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurance, financing or service warranties is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
