Sales Executive

About the role

Air Q Limited is seeking a proactive, results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Commercial Department in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on building client relationships, generating new business opportunities and driving commercial growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking and prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement and operations to deliver accurate proposals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and produce sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required profile

• Proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
