Sales Executive

About the role

AdCentral, a fast‑growing Digital Out‑of‑Home (DOOH) advertising platform, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand its screen network and advertiser base across the UAE. You will work directly in the field, meeting decision‑makers, building relationships, and turning idle digital screens into revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that own digital screens (retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, education, etc.) and onboard them to the AdCentral network.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, relationship building, onboarding, and activation of screen owners.
• Introduce brands to AdCentral’s advertising platform, pitch solutions, and support campaigns from proposal to launch.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of prospects and regularly travel across Dubai and the wider UAE for face‑to‑face meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, media sales, advertising, OOH/DOOH or a related field.
• Proven track record in the UAE market with strong knowledge of local business practices.
• Existing network of business contacts is a strong advantage.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of their pipeline and works independently.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits; UAE driving licence preferred.
