About the role
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can drive business growth and build strong client relationships across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Visit clients, contractors, consultants, and project sites.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong follow‑up.
- Build long‑term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in technical services, construction, fit‑out or waterproofing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and project‑based sales.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
