About the role

Emper Perfumes is expanding its showroom team at City Walk, Dubai, and seeks two enthusiastic Sales Executives to represent its premium fragrance portfolio. The role is focused on delivering a high‑end shopping experience, advising customers on perfume selections, and driving sales in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, provide personalized product recommendations and ensure a memorable customer journey.
• Promote and upsell perfume and fragrance lines based on client preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets consistently.
• Maintain attractive product displays and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and accurate record‑keeping.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; preferably a degree related to business or retail.
• Previous experience in perfume, beauty, luxury retail or FMCG sales.
• Fluent Arabic speaking; English proficiency is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑traffic retail setting.
