Sales Executive – Marine Engines

About the role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive for its Marine division. You will be responsible for growing sales of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related products across your assigned territory, building strong relationships with boat builders, fleet operators and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute business plans that support the division’s annual growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling marine engines, outboard motors or propulsion systems.
• At least 2 years of sales experience within the GCC region.
• Experience working with commercial customers, boat builders or marine operators.
• Valid GCC driving licence.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors and propulsion systems.
• Excellent technical understanding of boats and marine applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
