Sales Executive - Material Handling Equipment

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Linde MHE team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving sales of material handling equipment, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to branch profitability in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing net sales and gross margins.
• Conduct regular customer and field visits to understand business needs and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date customer profile database for analysis and sales campaigns.
• Submit complete and accurate AFCC/T‑basis data within specified timelines.
• Attend all sales meetings, product trainings, and refresher courses.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the Sales Manager.
• Maintain complete and accurate deal files in line with SOP requirements.
• Ensure customer overdues remain within agreed limits.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven understanding of the sales process, F&I structure, systems, and methodologies.
