Sales Executive – Motorcycles (B2C/B2B)

About the role

The Sales Executive for Honda Motorcycles will drive both B2C and B2B sales within Al‑Futtaim Automotive’s showroom in Dubai. Reporting to the sales manager, the role focuses on generating leads, converting opportunities and delivering a premium customer experience that strengthens the Honda brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue and market‑share growth.
• Generate and convert quality leads using the C4C CRM system, improving conversion rates and response times.
• Develop B2B and fleet sales by acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction scores and encourage repeat or referral sales.
• Ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to CRM and sales‑process standards.
• Support brand presence through lead generation at activations, ride events and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in stock turnover and reduction of aging inventory through clearance initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, after‑sales, logistics and showroom operations for seamless service delivery.
• Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings and ongoing training programs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both private customers and corporate clients.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance, documentation and CRM accuracy.
• Enthusiastic about motorcycles and willing to represent the Honda brand at events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) CRM platform.
