Sales Executive – PCB Repair Solutions

About the role

Elcome International is seeking a Sales Executive to drive its PCB repair and electronics services across marine, offshore, defense, oil & gas and industrial sectors in the UAE. The role combines technical consultation with full‑cycle B2B sales, from lead generation to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for PCB repair, reverse engineering, retrofits and automation upgrades.
• Conduct technical discussions with client engineering teams, interpreting circuit schematics, Gerber files and BOMs.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal service, logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, track tender responses and manage post‑sale client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 3‑5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in the UAE/GCC, preferably within electronics, industrial automation or hardware distribution.
• Proven ability to sell technical solutions to marine, offshore, defense or oil & gas clients.
• Strong commercial negotiation and proposal writing skills.

Required skills

• PCB design and component‑level troubleshooting.
• Understanding of circuit schematics, Gerber files and Bill of Materials.
• Reverse engineering of electronic assemblies.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems.
