Sales Executive – Printing & IT Solutions

About the role

Our client, a leading provider of printing and IT solutions in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to expand its B2B portfolio across Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates. The role focuses on selling printer equipment, managed print services, office automation, IT hardware and commercial printing solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new B2B business through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits and client meetings.
• Target corporate offices, institutions, SMEs and commercial organisations throughout the UAE.
• Assess client requirements and propose suitable printing, MPS, office automation and IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, techno‑commercial proposals and solution presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close equipment sales, leasing agreements and MPS contracts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, identifying renewal, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE, preferably in printing, office automation, MPS, printers/copiers or IT hardware.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Multi‑Function Printers (e.g., HP, Toshiba, Ricoh).
• Understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS) and related business models.
• Familiarity with digital printing, offset printing and large‑format printing.
• Experience with IT hardware solutions.
