Sales Executive – Tiles & Building Materials

About the role

LACICA Building Material Trading is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in tiles, porcelain and building‑material projects. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to order delivery, focusing on both indoor and outdoor wholesale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customers, contractors, consultants and project clients.
• Create product catalogs, brochures, social media posts and other marketing materials.
• Promote and sell tiles, porcelain and building materials to wholesale and project customers.
• Handle project sales enquiries, visit sites, showrooms and customers as needed.
• Coordinate product selection, quantities, pricing and delivery with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers and developers.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in tiles, porcelain or building materials.
• Proven project‑sales experience and existing contacts with contractors, consultants or developers is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market; UAE driving licence preferred (not mandatory).
• Fluent in English; Arabic communication skills are a plus.
