About the role
PrimeBox, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager. You will own the full sales funnel, turning inbound leads into paying customers while also creating new B2B and B2C opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Identify, approach and acquire new B2B and B2C customers.
- Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement improvements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Develop, manage and expand referral partnership networks.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to act on conversion data.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
