Sales Manager - Chinese Market

About the role

The Sales Manager – Chinese Market will lead the development and management of business from key Chinese sources for Park Hyatt Dubai. The role focuses on driving room nights, group business, and revenue while reinforcing the property's luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a structured sales plan for the Chinese market in line with revenue targets.
• Achieve targets for room nights, revenue, new active accounts and group business.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, luxury travel advisors, corporate clients and wholesalers across China.
• Identify high‑potential accounts through calls, meetings, market research and networking.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and packages based on market conditions and profitability.
• Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows and industry events in China.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, quotations, contracts and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of relevant sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and develop new business.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
