Sales Manager - Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Riva Maison Real Estate is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead an established team of Dubai property agents. The role combines remote‑first flexibility with regular face‑to‑face team management, allowing you to drive revenue from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate an existing team of agents, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Conduct twice‑weekly in‑person sessions for prospecting, pipeline reviews and developer meetings.
• Attend mandatory weekly Friday meetings at the Al Barsha coworking space to review achievements and plan the upcoming week.
• Oversee listings on Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle, and support agents in generating new business.
• Collaborate with the company’s social media team to create property content.

Required profile

• Must bring an existing team of experienced Dubai real‑estate agents.
• Agents should hold valid UAE visas and have an active client base.
• Ability to add quality listings immediately and close deals from day one.
• Strong phone prospecting and negotiation skills.

What we offer

• Base salary up to AED 10,000 per month, based on experience and team strength.
• 5% commission override on team closed deals.
