Sales Manager – Exhibition Stands

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager with proven experience in exhibition stand sales to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The role combines business development, client relationship management and close collaboration with design and production teams to deliver high‑quality exhibition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, arrange meetings and build long‑term relationships.
• Generate leads, negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Work with design and production teams to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
• Prepare and present design concepts, costings and commercial proposals.
• Manage exhibition stand contracts from agreement through delivery.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
• Conduct post‑project follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and timely payment collection.
• Drive business development across related verticals such as furniture exhibitions, LED rentals and digital printing services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in exhibition stand sales or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of the exhibitions, events and rental industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic, commercially driven with a consultative, solution‑selling approach.
• Proven track record of new business generation and networking.
• Highly organised with solid research, reporting and pipeline management abilities.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
