Sales Manager

About the role

Villaverse Investments is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its high‑value villa and investor deals in Dubai. The role is part‑time, flexible, and results‑driven, requiring close collaboration with the Founder and a network of brokers, developers, and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly sales strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Close high‑value villa and investment deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with brokers, developers, and HNWIs.
• Source partners, match deals, and ensure at least two meetings per week (online or offline).
• Monitor KPIs, team performance, and monthly business growth.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership and team‑management experience, preferably in real estate, luxury services, or property management.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close high‑value transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working with flexible hours.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
