About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Oaks – Liwa Heights in Dubai. The role focuses on driving profitable revenue growth for the hotel by expanding the business portfolio and strengthening client relationships. Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to increase hotel bookings.
- Strengthen and maintain key client relationships to maximize repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement commercial strategies that meet revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present results to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality sector.
- Track record of achieving revenue and commercial objectives.
- Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and forecast trends.
