Sales Manager

About the role

PrimeBox, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue through inbound lead conversion, partnership development and new client acquisition. You will own the full sales funnel and work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Identify, approach and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
• Analyse conversion data, pinpoint drop‑off points and implement optimisation measures.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Develop, negotiate and manage referral and commercial partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using conversion data to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
