Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with leisure and corporate clients in the assigned markets.
• Drive revenue, room‑night production and market‑share growth to meet or exceed annual sales targets and hotel budget objectives.
• Identify, target and secure new business opportunities within CIS, Europe, ASPAC and relevant corporate accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through strategic account planning and proactive engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within hospitality or a related sector.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the designated regions as needed.
