About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Amali’s ultra‑luxury portfolio and deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing.
Key responsibilities
- Own and deliver individual and team sales targets across assigned projects.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client engagement, product presentations, negotiations, booking documentation, and handover to post‑sales.
- Build and maintain a strong broker network; conduct regular broker briefings, project walkthroughs, and lead‑generation activities.
- Develop and execute weekly/monthly sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline reports, ensuring accurate data and timely updates in CRM.
- Provide a premium, brand‑aligned client experience handling client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing on campaigns, lead quality feedback, events, and content to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Support pricing and deal structuring discussions, ensuring alignment with approval matrices and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and UAE real estate regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- 7–12 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, with a strong track record in luxury/ultra‑luxury developments.
- Strong network with brokers, channel partners, and HNW/UHNW clientele.
- Bilingual in English and Russian.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- High integrity, professionalism and discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management.
