Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead the sale of our luxury property portfolio in Dubai. The role focuses on engaging high‑net‑worth clients, driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and nurture high‑net‑worth prospects for luxury real‑estate transactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring optimal terms for both client and company.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline in the UAE market.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimise lead generation and client service.
• Prepare regular performance reports and market insights for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Demonstrated success selling luxury properties to high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Multilingual capability is a plus.
