Sales Manager North Emirates

About the role

TrendAI, the AI security division of Trend Micro, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its North Emirates operations. Based in Dubai, you will head a focused sales team, drive revenue growth and shape the go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑powered security solutions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four sales professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Own regional revenue targets, ensuring pipeline generation and accurate forecasting.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Support complex deal cycles, including executive‑level customer engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Provide regular performance reporting and business insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales leadership or sales management role, preferably in technology, SaaS or enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior customer stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen with analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
