Sales Manager – North Emirates

About the role

The Sales Manager for the North Emirates will lead a high‑performing team of four sales professionals, driving revenue growth for TrendAI’s AI‑security solutions across the UAE market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic planning with hands‑on selling to expand the customer base and strengthen key partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four sales representatives, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Own regional revenue targets, ensuring pipeline generation and accurate forecasting.
• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support complex deal cycles, including executive‑level customer engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, product and other internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Provide regular performance, pipeline health and business insight reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in technology, SaaS or enterprise solutions.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
