About the role

The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Key responsibilities

Prospect potential clients and analyse market trends.
Negotiate deals ensuring fairness and honesty.
Plan and execute monthly sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities across various geographies.
Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, channel partners and real‑estate agents.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings and promotional events.
Guide clients through the entire sales process, from property selection to documentation.

Required profile

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

What we offer

Fixed monthly salary plus commission.
Work visa, airfare tickets and medical insurance.
