Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

SQUARE YARDS, a leading real‑estate platform, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its Dubai sales team. You will drive revenue growth, shape sales strategy, and expand our market presence in a competitive property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of real‑estate sales executives to exceed targets.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
• Ensure the team has up‑to‑date product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training.
• Maintain compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales leader, preferably in Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and current trends.
• Strategic business acumen and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
