Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our residential real‑estate sales activities in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the sales team, drives quarterly sales targets and ensures a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Source and connect with potential buyers through push and pull sourcing, and actively search for clients and leads.
• Update the CRM daily with leads, listings and client interactions.
• Conduct site visits, prepare presentations and issue sales proposals to prospective tenants.
• Own quarterly sales targets and coordinate unit handover with Property Management and other parties.
• Prepare documentation for residential sales and leasing contracts and update contracts for mortgage, resale or other changes.
• Develop and maintain a client database, ensuring accurate information in the CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of residential real‑estate sales experience with a track record of at least AED 100 million in annual sales.
• Proven experience in tenant/customer relationship management within the GCC and UAE markets.
• Diploma in Business Administration/Management (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Business‑level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
