Sales Representative – Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who will drive new business, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, email, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos and discovery calls as required.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements within company guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to advance opportunities.
• Accurately manage leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑off to delivery or support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.
• Professional, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
