Sales Representative – Eyewear Retail

About the role

Emirates Optical is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to guide customers in selecting frames, lenses, and sunglasses, while achieving sales targets and maintaining a high‑standard showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing eyewear that matches their style, budget, and prescription needs.
• Meet or exceed regular sales goals and targets.
• Adjust glasses for proper fit and educate customers on care.
• Process lab work orders, handle payments, and track deliveries.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock displays, and keep the showroom organized.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and active‑listening skills to understand client needs.
• Familiarity with lens technologies, frame materials, and current eyewear trends.
• Basic computer literacy, POS system usage, and prescription data entry.
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience is an advantage; must be available in Dubai for a face‑to‑face interview.
