Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Dubai team and help expand our client base in the banking and finance sector. The ideal candidate will be energetic, target‑driven and eager to build lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the UAE market.
• Contact potential customers, generate leads and schedule meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Present our products, explain benefits and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Negotiate terms, close sales deals and ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation teams.
• Follow up with customers post‑sale to guarantee satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and proactive.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and banking sector is an advantage.
