About the role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales, client acquisition and market expansion for fire protection and life‑safety training programmes. The role focuses on promoting training courses, certifications and facilities to corporate, government and contractor audiences across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations, revenue and market share.
- Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants and other prospects.
- Build long‑term relationships, generate repeat business and secure corporate training contracts.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and visibility of the academy.
- Research new markets and sectors that require fire, emergency response, HSE and life‑safety training.
- Set, monitor and report on sales, lead generation, conversion and revenue targets.
