Sales Specialist – Aluminium Doors & Windows

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive business growth for our aluminium doors, windows, and façade solutions in the UAE market. You will work closely with contractors, architects, developers and property owners to promote our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell aluminium doors, windows, sliding systems, folding doors, curtain walls and related products.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and project presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales deals.
• Follow up on enquiries, tenders and project submissions until order confirmation.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production and installation teams for smooth project execution.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to understand customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and produce regular sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and provide after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall or related building materials.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and fit‑out market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence (optional) and an existing network in the construction industry are strong advantages.

Required skills

• Ability to read architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Knowledge of aluminium fabrication systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
